52 years old now. Love motorcycles intensely, and have been interested in photography for many years. I used to develop and print my own black & white photos. i prefer compact cameras to SLR type cameras due to their portability as i tend to take the camera everywhere I go except to work as it's not allowed. Now using a Canon G11

I also have some videos on youtube with the camera mounted on my bike. look for the username UKMitchy

My Trip to Switzerland, France, & Spain 2007 : took a trip to these countries over 2 weeks beginning in mid May. Bad news was the Buell i took first lasted until the morning of the second day and was involved in a accident with a car in France. I wasn't badly hurt, but the Buell was unrideable. I returned home and got my 600cc Yamaha Fazer and went back 8 days later to continue the trip. Other bad news was losing a memory card with pictures of the yamaha covered in snow at a campsite in Grindelwald. It was still a great trip, and i am looking to do something similar again.

Norway 2008 : My trip to Norway in late May, early June. covered 3142 miles in 14 days including the 880 miles from home to the ferry terminal and back in north east England. The weather was good, only 1 bad day out of 12 in Norway. I met Jason on the ferry while waiting to get off at Stavanger and we rode up to the Arctic Circle together. People in Norway are very friendly and willing to talk, a few gave me tips on routes to take to get the best views. a great trip, and will definitely go back sometime even if it is a bit expensive.
